Service Description
You are to book this if you have multiple questions before starting your loc journey, want to confirm if your hair is eligible to start, or after speaking with me through email and I suggest you to do so.
Cancellation Policy
ARRIVAL: There is no need to text me when you're at the door. My ring camera will notify me when you arrive on time. Please do not come to the door more than 5 minutes early, in respect of my time. No extra guests allowed, unless they are being serviced as well. When you book for your child, you will be notified 20-30 mins before their finish time, alerting you for pickup. LATE POLICY: You have a 15 minute grace period. After 10 minutes, if I am still able to service you, a $10 late fee will be applied. After the 15 minutes are up and I have not heard from you, you are automatically deemed a no call, no show. CANCELLATIONS: No call, no shows are not tolerated and you will be banned from booking. To continue booking, you will need to pay an additional $60 no show fee in addition to your service balance. You must reschedule 48 hours before your appointment. Anything later is a last minute cancellation and you will need to rebook with a new deposit. No Exceptions. You are allowed one deposit transfer when rescheduling and needs to be done at least 48 hours before your appointment. PAYMENTS: There is a $30 deposit due at the time of booking. For your remaining balance, you are required to pay through the confirmation email, before I start your service when you arrive. If you want to pay the remaining balance in cash, be sure to text my number and let me know at least 24 hours before your appointment.
